Katherine and Matt’s Harbor Springs wedding was held at the lighthouse on Harbor Point, with the reception at the Harbor Point Casino right on Little Traverse Bay. They continued the coastal theme throughout their day with lighthouse details on all of their papery, from the ceremony program to the cocktail napkins and menus, to the seating chart at the reception. Lighthouses, striped paper straws with anchor graphics, and sailor’s knots all “tied” the theme together perfectly.
Katherine was impeccably dressed for her wedding, wearing a Christos gown and Jimmy Choo heels, and the men were just as stylish. Fun and colorful patterned bow ties complemented the charming Harbor Point Casino wedding and reception. Each groomsman and the fathers wore a different colorful pattern, and even some of the gentlemen guests embraced the style and sported their own unique bow ties.
There’s no doubt that Harbor Point is a special place in the Harbor Springs area, and it was the ideal location for Katherine and Matt’s charming wedding and reception. With no cars allowed on Harbor Point, guests relied on trolley service and horse drawn carriages to deliver them to the lighthouse and casino where the festivities took place.
